Having started out life in the magnolia state, this work was born in me from my life’s beginning. I’ve needed to be free for as long as I understood freedom wasn’t a reality or a given for me. Even through many years of education and employment experiences there was no easy walk or clear path. In fact, it wasn’t until I had settled into adulthood, when I was seated in a well-appointed banquet hall, listening to a speech about reparations, that Randall Robinson named this need for me when he stated that what Black people need most is “interior freedom”. A freedom that arises from one’s sense of connection to all that has come before and all that is to come that validates your being as an inheritor of a brilliant legacy and as one responsible for contributing to the continuing struggle for all humans to know freedom to allow for the highest fullest expression of one’s potential. Thus, I have fully embarked on the rest of my life’s journey knowing that in order for me to succeed, I must pursue Interior Freedom as if my very life depended on it. Not willing to go it alone, I will meet you where you are, listen to assess where you want or need to go and work alongside you to realize the Interior Freedom that will allow you and/or your organization to grow and make the kind of impact the world needs now more than ever. This is the intention with which I live my life and have launched this business.

Words have always mattered to me, for as long as I can remember I have been enraptured by the power of words. Words motivate actions that change the world. Not just words spoken by notable international orators or activists, those that I speak can create a spark inside whomever I am addressing. Words can allow them to imagine a different possibility for their own lives. It is with this humble recognition that I have launched this effort.
